The Oakland Raiders face the Los Angeles Rams on Saturday, Aug. 18 in Week 2 of the 2018 NFL preseason. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

The Los Angeles Rams and Oakland Raiders are set to do battle this Saturday afternoon in Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. While the Raiders were able to win their first preseason game of 2018 last week, the Rams are still looking for their first victory in the month of August. With most of both team’s starters seeing limited action this weekend, we’ll see a plethora of roster-bubble players trying to jump-start their professional careers.

I know it’s only preseason, but it’ll be interesting to see the Raiders’, Jon Gruden, on national television once again. Instead of watching him do commentary on ESPN’s Monday Night Football, we’ll actually get to him in his true element – being a head football coach. Needless to say, I’m confident that will make for good television.

For the Rams, this kind of game is all about staying healthy. Los Angeles has too many big goals in 2018 to watch their key players go down with an injury in the month of August. Win or lose, as long as their start players stay healthy, head coach, Sean McVay will definitely be satisfied.

Even though it’s only preseason, I’m sure both squads would love to bring home the victory and earn the title of the best team in California. Sure, it doesn’t mean much because it’s August football, but playing for pride still means something. Who knows, maybe that’s exactly what one of these two teams need to get their 2018 season started strong?
