2. Khalil Mack racks up three sacks

In his debut with the Chicago Bears after being traded away by the Raiders, Khalil Mack made Jon Gruden and Oakland look even sillier than they already did. The pass-rusher played like he’s one of the best defensive players in the entirety of the NFL — probably because he is. During his first game of the season with the Bears, he finished with a sack, numerous pressures and even a pick-six that was more him ripping the ball away from DeShone Kizer than it was about him making a play in coverage.

To put it in the simplest terms, Mack looked every bit like a player worthy of two first-round picks, which Chicago ultimately deemed to be the case in making the deal. He’ll only continue to prove that against the Seahawks on Monday night.

Though the Packers offensive line has struggled to start the 2018 season, they are still a substantially better unit than what Seattle has to offer. Starting at right tackle and likely matching up with Mack most of the night will be first-round bust Germain Ifedi, who often struggles blocking even the most pedestrian of pass-rushers. Thus, it stands to reason that he’s going to have a bear of a time containing Mack.

More importantly, I expect Mack to play more and play even more comfortably than he did in his Bears debut, in which he played only 70 percent of the teams snaps. With that and the matchup that will be before him, Mack should have a monster night to the tune of three sacks — if not more.
