Catch. The. Football.

It’s been a growing trend for the Green Bay Packers this season. After the ugly loss against the Redskins, the problem was magnified. While the dropped passes weren’t that big of a deal after getting the win, it will lead to problems down the road as the season progresses.

Tight end, Lance Kendricks recorded another drop. Geronimo Allison, Davante Adams, and Jimmy Graham combined for a couple of dropped passes too. One of Graham’s drops was from a tipped ball that landed in the arms of Bills safety Jordan Poyer. It was Rodgers’ first interception of the year.

These simple mistakes need to be cleaned up before it costs the Packers a game. Rodgers was not happy with the way the offense played today, and expressed as much in the post-game press conference. He has every reason to be frustrated.

The Packers offense was without Randall Cobb today, and his absence was felt when one of the rookie wide receivers, Marquez Valdes-Scantling ran the wrong route during the game that almost cost Rodgers another interception and a potential pick-six. Luckily, the Bills defender dropped the ball.

The drops have to get fixed now. It cannot be stressed enough.
