Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-2) at Atlanta Falcons (1-4)

Sunday, October 14, 1PM ET

I don’t understand what’s going on with the Atlanta Falcons. I keep waiting for them to get it together and start winning some football games. Maybe they’ll finally figure it out and put their second win on the board in Week 6 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

This would appear to be an ideal opportunity for the Falcons to put another notch in the win column. And yet, we can’t completely write off the Buccaneers, who surprised earlier in the year with two big-point wins. Unfortunately, with their defensive struggles, it’s been imperative for the Tampa Bay offense to score boatloads of points.

That’s why this one will be interesting. Both teams are capable of running up the score, and both possess miserable defenses. It’s pretty much a matter of who makes less mistakes and takes care of the football.

Hence, I’m going with Matt Ryan and the Falcons in this one. Despite the lack of wins, the former NFL MVP is having another sensational season. There’s no doubt in my mind he can out-duel Jameis Winston for the W.

Prediction: Falcons win 41-35
