5. Jacksonville Jaguars

Last weekend, the Jacksonville Jaguars were hoping to make another statement in the AFC by handing the Kansas City Chiefs their first loss of 2018, which obviously didn’t happen when looking at how bad they ended up losing this one. Clearly, the Jaguars have some things to work out on both sides of the football if they’re going to have any chance of finishing as one of the top teams in the AFC, and things aren’t going to get any easier come Sunday when taking on the Dallas Cowboys.

When seeing how disappointing of a loss the Cowboys suffered in overtime Sunday night against the Houston Texans, Jason Garrett knows his team can’t afford that many more losses this early in the season, even if the NFC East is still wide open. And after watching Kansas City expose Jacksonville on defense, Dallas is going to do everything in their power to push for similar results.

Both in the NFL and college, Ezekiel Elliott has shredded some of the best defenses, as his ability to find the open holes while breaking loose down the field is truly amazing. If the Cowboys were smart, they would feed Elliott with as many carries as he can handle, and if that is the case, the Jaguars could be in trouble.
