2019 NFL Mock Draft, Week 11: Giants get Justin Herbert, Ed Oliver slips
By Randy Gurzi
1. Oakland Raiders: Nick Bosa, EDGE, Ohio State
Things have hit rock bottom for the Oakland Raiders this season. After giving Jon Gruden $100 million over 10 years, the belief was he would get this team back to their 2016 from when they won 12 games. If he could, they would be ready to move to their new home in Las Vegas as one of the biggest draws in the game.

Instead, they’ve become the laughing stock of the league. Gruden has become a meme-magnet for people to laugh at and players have completely given up. It’s not hard to understand why as Khalil Mack and Amari Cooper were traded and Bruce Irvin was cut. Now, there are rumors that Jordy Nelson may be retiring.
On top of all that, quarterback Derek Carr is regressing quickly under the tutelage of the demanding Gruden — who is building arguably the worst culture in the NFL. But hey, at least they get a bunch of draft picks including the first overall which they use on Nick Bosa from Ohio State.
What Oakland needs to worry about though is not allowing Gruden to continue to damage morale. We all saw Bosa’s older brother hold out with the Chargers and there’s a possibility the younger Bosa could do the same with Oakland if they continue to be a complete dumpster fire.
