32. Arizona Cardinals (29)

It’s hard to tell if rookie quarterback Josh Rosen is really good, or really bad. On Sunday, he showed a bit of both despite the Arizona Cardinals losing to the Oakland Raiders by a score of 23-21. Rosen threw three touchdown passes and hit on several laser passes that were quite impressive.

Then again, he completed just nine total passes on 20 attempts for 136 yards and had two interceptions. That seems to be the norm for Rosen as he’s struggled all season long.

Sure, the team around him is an issue but considering Larry Fitzgerald and Christian Kirk are pass catchers, Rosen should look better than he has. He came into the league with there being concerns about his love for the game and with him not improving this season, those questions seem legitimate.

Even more concerning than Rosen’s issues is the fact that the Cardinals offense couldn’t contain the struggling Raiders when they needed to. Entering this game, Oakland had the worst record in the NFL, but they just tied the Cardinals and technically are ahead of them thanks to this head-to-head win.

When the draft rolls around, that could be a benefit to Arizona as they could now get the No. 1 overall pick. Then the questions will center around which one of their many holes will they fill.
