5. Ezekiel Elliott will have 200 yards of total offense

Barring injury, there is no way that Ezekiel Elliott will have as bad of a game as he did a few weeks ago against the Washington Redskins when he was held to 33 yards and a 2.2 yards per carry average.

There is just no way a running back as talented as Elliott will do that poorly a second straight game against the Redskins, and for that matter, Elliott is going to be the top yardage gainer for either team in the game. Elliott should have something to prove in this game, whether it be with his rushing abilities or getting opportunities to catch the football and make plays happen. For Elliott, the last game he had against the Redskins just wasn’t acceptable, and it will be of great interest to see what he achieves in this game.

Being that the Cowboys are on a national stage, the superstar running back Elliott should be ready to shine. The prediction for him is he’ll rush for over 125 yards and catch for 76 yards to get over the 200 yards of total offense in the game.

The Redskins are a good team at times this season, but just a couple weeks ago they allowed a big amount of yardage to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and just escaped with the win. Last Sunday, the Redskins didn’t do enough and lost with a missed field goal to the Texans. Now it is time for the Cowboys to take advantage and avenge their loss from earlier in the season, and to do so, Elliott will have to have a very strong game.
