Here’s the situation: the Baltimore Ravens win, and they’re in.

A few months ago, we would have thought this would be a cakewalk for the Ravens. The Cleveland Browns came into the 2018 campaign as a joke, and that hadn’t changed with Hue Jackson at the helm. A coaching change turned their season around.

Now, the Browns will be looking to blow people’s minds by completing a winning season by spoiling their AFC North rivals’ shot at tasting the postseason. Unfortunately, it won’t be easy putting points on the board against Baltimore’s suffocating defense.

Still, can we really discount this Cleveland team? Baker Mayfield has put together a sensational rookie season, with the help of weapons like Nick Chubb, Jarvis Landry and David Njoku. On top of that, the Browns defense has done a great job of doing their part in recent weeks, and are among the best in the NFL in terms of creating turnovers.

However, I’m going to put my faith in the talents of Lamar Jackson. He’s been outstanding since taking over under center, and seems destined to leave the Ravens to the playoffs.

Prediction: Ravens win 22-19
