2. San Francisco 49ers N’Keal Harry, WR, Arizona State

At No. 2, we have the San Francisco 49ers. Before the season began, this was a team that was supposed to finish much higher than they did. After a five-game winning streak to close out 2017, the expectations were raised. They got even higher when the front office gave a massive contract to Jimmy Garoppolo — the quarterback who led that five-game streak.

The season started out slow as Garoppolo was just 1-2 as a starter. He was completing less than 60 percent of his passes and had three picks in those games as well. He was never able to right the ship as his final game ended with a torn ACL.

Now, the team looks to give Garoppolo more weapons as they aim to improve upon their disastrous season. Here, they land Arizona State wide receiver N’Keal Harry. This may feel a bit high for Harry, but the players who fit this high aren’t as big of a need for the Niners as a top-flight wideout it. So maybe they drop down some to make this work— we won’t predict trades here — but this is the position they need to address.

On the field, Harry offers a huge target at 6-foot-4 and 220-pounds. In addition to his size, he’s also a solid route runner and can make big plays after the catch. It won’t be long for him to become Jimmy G’s favorite target.
