The Oakland Raiders have 10 draft picks thanks to the trades of Khalil Mack and Amari Cooper. Who will the black and silver select in this 7 round mock draft?

The Oakland Raiders enter the 2019 NFL Draft with a plethora of picks, and it is a good draft to have those picks, as many positions such as edge rusher and wide receiver are very deep, both positions that John Gruden and company traded for 2019 first round picks.

The departures of Amari Cooper and Khalil Mack netted the Raiders the 24th and 27th pick in the upcoming draft. As both of those players found themselves in the postseason with their new teams, Oakland, now manned by new general manager Mike Mayock, will have to nail these picks in order to get back into playoff contention.

The Raiders also enter the 2019 draft with a lot of uncertainty as well: Where will they play next year? Are they committed to Derek Carr? What other moves will Gruden make? Is any player on the current roster safe?

All of these questions make this offseason, and particularly the upcoming draft very fascinating as the team could look to add more picks and ship off more veterans.

With deep needs at edge rusher, wide receiver, outside linebacker, and corner, it is most likely that the Raiders will look to fill these holes through the draft rather than through free agency due to the bind the team finds themselves in with the salary cap. Subsequently, let’s dive into a seven-round 2019 mock draft for the Raiders.
