Miami Dolphins

Some early reports claim the Miami Dolphins are expected to move on from Ryan Tannehill this offseason, and if this were to end up being true, it would seem like the best decision.

A team like the Dolphins can only reward a quarterback like Tannehill with so many opportunities to prove himself worthy as a starter before realizing it’s time to move on, so a fresh start for both parties seems like the best decision. If this turns out to be the case, Miami will need to figure out their next option at quarterback, whether it happens to come before or during the draft.

The good news for the Dolphins is they can get an early start on their search for a replacement quarterback if they do in fact decide to move on from Tannehill, and Keenum would be worth the consideration along with the rest of the candidates.

Keep in mind there were times throughout the 2018 season in which Miami appeared to have the necessary talent to compete in the AFC, meaning Keenum could be part of a good situation.

Of course, the only downfall of joining a team like the Dolphins is this would result in facing Tom Brady and the New England Patriots twice a year, which nobody enjoys.
