10. Randall Cobb, WR

Once one of Aaron Rodgers’ most reliable targets in the Green Bay Packers offense, Randall Cobb’s productivity has dropped dramatically over the past few years. In 2016, he recorded just 60 catches for 610 yards and four touchdowns in 13 games, following that with only 66 catches for 653 yards and four scores in 15 games the next season. Last year, he played in only nine games due to injury, accruing just 38 catches for 383 yards and two touchdowns.

Entering his age-29 season, Cobb’s value is nowhere near what it once would have been on the NFL free agency market. Still, the slot receiver could plug a hole in many offenses around the league, giving a team a reliable threat to move the chains on the inside. That is, he can do that if he can stay healthy, which is now coming into question after the past few seasons.

9. Tre Boston, S

The 2017 season was impressive for safety Tre Boston with the Los Angeles Chargers as the defensive back had the best year of his career entering free agency. However, as the safety market was tepid at best last offseason, Boston was ultimately left in the cold and ended up signing just a one-year deal with the Arizona Cardinals, but he proved there that the previous season was no fluke with impressive play once again.

Unfortunately for Boston, he’s now in a free agent class that was littered with high-end safeties, leaving him still unsigned while guys like Earl Thomas, Landon Collins, Eric Weddle and Tyrann Mathieu have been snatched up. Even still, teams should look to take a chance on Boston if they need help in the secondary as he’s proving to be a solid commodity on the back end of a secondary.
