<ul> <li><strong>Age:</strong> 21</li> <li><strong>Height: </strong>6-foot-4</li> <li><strong>Weight: </strong>266 pounds</li> </ul>. DE. Ohio State. Nick Bosa. 2. player. 42

I’m not going to lie, this one was pretty easy. If the Cardinals indeed take Murray at number one, Nick Bosa is a no-brainer for the San Francisco 49ers at two. I suppose if a team came calling and was willing to pay an exorbitant price for the second pick, things could change. However, apart from that happening, Bosa should, and probably will, be the guy.

Bosa is nearly a perfect defensive end prospect. He is an elite-level pass rusher, firing off he ball quickly and gaining a ton of ground upfield immediately. He has a lightning quick first step and big time upfield burst which he uses to immediately put the opposing offensive tackle in a tough position.

He always has a strong pass rush plan, consistently using a variety of moves to create pressure. Bosa has the raw speed and athleticism to bend around the edge and win on the outside, while also showing the ability to convert from speed to power. He is a jack of all trades as a pass rusher.

His pass rush ability is probably the most exciting part of his game, but do not sleep on Bosa’s skills as a run defender. He is rock solid against the run, consistently being able to set the edge, shedding blocks well and shows no issues as a tackler.

The 49ers have spent a lot of resources on the defensive line in recent years, but that should not hold them back from drafting an elite talent like Bosa. Guys like him simply do not come around often. Easy pick for John Lynch and company.
