56. . QB. Oregon. Justin Herbert. 5. player

Finally, we put an end to the Andy Dalton era with the Cincinnati Bengals. It lasted far too long. The rebuild is officially underway. To start this rebuild, Zac Taylor finds his new franchise quarterback in Oregon’s Justin Herbert.

Had Herbert decided to declare for the 2019 NFL Draft, he would have presented a real challenge to Kyler Murray as the first quarterback off the board. At 6-6 and 230 pounds, Herbert possesses all the tools to develop into a franchise level quarterback. This would be a nice step for a Bengals team that has been mired in mediocrity for far too long.

It would also be nice to see wide receivers A.J. Green and Tyler Boyd have an actual quarterback for a change that can make things easier for them.

Josh Norman is still a serviceable cornerback on one side for the Washington Redskins. The other side consisting of a mix of Quinton Dunbar and Fabian Moreau, not so much.

Had Bryce Hall entered the 2019 NFL Draft, he more than likely would have been the first cornerback taken off the board. With outstanding length at 6-1 and ball production (22 pass breakups, 24 passes defended), Hall is able to profile well as a traditional outside defender who is able to match up successfully against various different types of wide receivers.

Possessing some of the cleanest tape I have viewed this summer, Hall is a squeaky clean prospect with a relatively high floor.
