2. New England Patriots

With Rob Gronkowski retiring, the New England Patriots saw an obvious need to try and improve their wide receiver corps this offseason, using a first-round pick on N’Keal Harry and making sure Josh Gordon was ready whenever he was reinstated. But this is also a team that never hesitates to get better and that also has not shied from taking a risk, largely because they’re quick to cut bait if necessary.

This may be one of the best situations that Antonio Brown could land in. He’d obviously be happy in an offense playing with Tom Brady given how potent that attack could be. More than that, though, the Patriot Way may be good for the wide receiver. If Bill Belichick could get him to buy in with the Patriots, he could keep the dynasty in New England alive and thriving.

1. Seattle Seahawks

In terms of need, locker room and all of the factors involved, there may be no better spot for Antonio Brown than the Seattle Seahawks. This is a team that saw it’s No. 1 receiver, Doug Baldwin, forced to unexpectedly retire this offseason and now has to rely on unproven commodities outside of Tyler Lockett. That makes Brown’s fit a natural one.

More than that, though, Pete Carroll and John Schneider are a players’ coach-GM duo that has traditionally handled big personalities well. That seems tailormade for Brown and handling his diva tendencies. When you take that into account with how dangerous the Pro Bowler could be when paired with Russell Wilson, it’s hard to see why Seattle wouldn’t be enticed.
