4. RoJo will have another breakout performance.

During Sunday’s loss, Ronald Jones II finally started to showcase the skills that made him a second-round pick in the 2018 NFL Draft. Finally free of injuries and ex-head coach Dirk Koetter’s doghouse, Jones has the trust of Arians and his staff. He rewarded them with a 13 carry, 75-yard effort that was supplemented by an 18-yard catch. That’s almost 100 yards on 14 touches.

Going against a Panthers’ front that hasn’t seen a lot of him, Jones II should continue to build on this newfound confidence. Look for him to carry the ball early and often en route to a 100 yard plus performance, plus a touchdown or two for good measure. This could be the beginning of a long and beautiful career for RoJo in red and pewter.

3. Cam will be sacked three times

Yeah, this one might be a really bold prediction, but hear me out. Even though the Bucs only sacked Niners quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo once on Sunday, they got close at least five more times. They just have to finish the job against Cam Newton.

Carolina’s offensive line has long been a problem spot, and that trend will continue on Thursday night. Panthers offensive coordinator Norv Turner’s scheme keeps Newton in the pocket more often than not, and he’s not as explosive as he used to be. Furthermore, he’s coming off shoulder and foot injuries.

Look for defensive coordinator Todd Bowles to get his unit in position for a few more sacks of the former NFL MVP.
