Seattle Seahawks (2-1) at Arizona Cardinals (0-2-1)

Sunday, September 29, 4:05PM ET

Despite suffering the L in Week 3, the Seattle Seahawks are still a team on the rise right now. They found a way to come back against the New Orleans Saints, turning what looked like a blowout into a close loss. Do you know why? Because they’ve got Russell Wilson.

And that’s the exact reasons why they’ll return to their winning ways in Week 4. While the Arizona Cardinals are no slouch, they don’t have nearly the type of talent under center that the Seahawks do. As good of an effort as Kyler Murray may put forward, Wilson will find a way to shoulder this franchise and carry them to another victory.

He’ll get plenty of help along the way, though. The Cardinals sport the third-worst rushing defense in the NFL, which means Chris Carson and the rest of the Seattle running backs should get plenty of run on Sunday. The Seahawks defense has also done a great job of limiting big plays this season, which should continue to be the case against Murray and this average Arizona offense.

After a strong start the 2019 campaign, the Cardinals are quickly losing ground. If they can’t get it together in Week 4 in front of their home crowd, we could soon be counting them out. A drop to 0-3-1 may just be enough to deem this another rebuilding year for Arizona, while a move to 3-1 secures Seattle as one of the teams to watch in the NFC.

Prediction: Seahawks win 30-17
