Cleveland Browns vs. Baltimore Ravens: 5 Bold predictions for Week 4
5. Jackson runs for 100+ yards
In his second season and first full year as the starting quarterback for the Baltimore Ravens, Lamar Jackson has clearly made strides. As a rookie, the former Heisman Trophy winner was more of a run-first player that could make some throws, but with relatively unreliable consistency. Through the first three games of the 2019 campaign, though, that narrative has changed.

Over three games and leading the way to the Ravens’ 1-2 start, Jackson has thrown for 863 yards, seven touchdowns and no interceptions. Meanwhile, he has actually taken a step back running the ball, though he still has 27 carries for 172 yards and a touchdown. Having said that, his legs will need to be utilized against the Browns on Sunday.
For all of the deserved flak that Cleveland has been given for their 1-2 record, their defense has actually performed quite well in 10 of the 12 quarters that the Browns have played. And a big factor in that has been the pressure that the front of Myles Garrett, Olivier Vernon, Larry Ogunjobi and others have been able to create.
The Ravens have a good offensive line but few lines can stop the pressure that the Browns can bring. That is going to put pressure on Jackson to create and make plays with his legs. He’s more than capable of doing that, though, and will replicate a strong Week 2 rushing effort by topping the 100-yard mark with his legs for the second time this season.
