2. Russell Wilson accounts for four touchdowns

When the Seahawks and Rams clashed last season, Wilson threw three touchdowns in both meetings. He had to, otherwise, the Rams and their high-powered offense would have run away with the game. While this isn’t the same dominant Rams team, their offense is still potent enough to force a vintage game out of Wilson.

Even when Goff is making mistakes left and right, the Rams can still hang 40 on a team. They proved that last week in the 55-40 loss to the Buccaneers. The Seahawks don’t have the same offensive pieces to match Los Angeles’ firepower, but Wilson is capable of elevating his game and carrying Seattle to a victory.

Against the Rams last season, Wilson wasn’t intercepted once. In Seattle’s shootout win in Week 16 against the Kansas City Chiefs, he wasn’t intercepted either. Same goes for that wacky Wild Card game against the Dallas Cowboys. In tough matchups, Wilson remains calm and avoids making mistakes. That’s what makes him a future Hall of Fame quarterback, and that’s part of why he’s a cut above Goff.

While Wilson avoids scrambling and taking hits when he can, he’ll have to show off his versatility against Los Angeles. Expect him to take off and fight for every yard and score he can get on Thursday.
