17. player. 52. . WR. Jacksonville Jaguars. CeeDee Lamb

What to make of the Jacksonville Jaguars, who may have a quarterback controversy between a rookie sixth-round pick and a player they just signed to an $88 million deal. Whoever is throwing the ball needs more weaponry, though, and CeeDee Lamb brings that. While the Oklahoma standout isn’t a huge speed threat, his hands and body control are second to none and he can be an immediate threat in any NFL offense.

player. 16. . WR. Buffalo Bills. Tyler Johnson. 18

Tyler Johnson might be one of the most overlooked commodities in the 2020 NFL Draft — but not in this NFL Mock Draft. The Minnesota Golden Gopher gets tabbed by the Buffalo Bills here, providing Josh Allen and that offense with a versatile and do-it-all type of wide receiver that also can give the offense a little more explosive juice with some big plays. He’s a great weapon to add to the puzzle in the frozen tundra.

player. 35. . QB. Tennessee Titans. Jake Fromm. 19

I’ve been one to apologize for Marcus Mariota but, even after a great outing against the Atlanta Falcons and not turning the ball over this season, I’m out. He’s simply too hot and cold and too unreliable for the Titans to pay him a hefty contract that will hinder them outside of that deal. Subsequently, they move on and land Jake Fromm out of Georgia. Fromm has really improved coming into 2019 and, while he doesn’t have the biggest arm, there are few throws he can’t make and no moment is too big for the Bulldog.

LB/S. Baltimore Ravens. Isaiah Simmons. 20. player. 26.

The Baltimore Ravens defense, as weird as it is to say given their history, is simply not good right now. The losses they incurred in free agency have clearly taken their toll on this unit and they need reinforcements. Clemson’s Isaiah Simmons then becomes an interesting piece. Right now in NFL terms, he’s a hyper-athletic ball of clay. He could be a big box safety or bulk up and patrol the field as a linebacker. Either way, he’s the type of explosive chess piece this Ravens defense could use right now.
