32. Miami Dolphins (32)
Every time the Miami Dolphins seem like they’re going to finally catch a break, another loss like Sunday takes place to add more fuel to the fire of frustration that has been the 2019 season.

With the Dolphins entering Week 6 still in search of their first win, Miami was hoping to take advantage of facing another winless team in the Washington Redskins. Unfortunately, it looks like the Dolphins will need to wait another week to try to earn that first victory after coming up just short against the Redskins 17-16 on Sunday.
Even with Miami in position to earn the win towards the end of the game on a two-point conversion, the Dolphins still found a way to mess this up, and drop their record to 0-5 on the season.
Not even benching Josh Rosen for Ryan Fitzpatrick was good enough for the Dolphins to escape with a win in this one, as this team is clearly a mess, and could easily finish the entire season without a single victory.
As bad as it sounds, when looking ahead at the schedule for the Dolphins, this team could go into the middle of December without having a single win, and no one would be surprised one bit.
At this point, why not just continue to give Rosen as much as experience as possible to see if he has potential to be the long-term quarterback, or if Miami would be better off looking for another answer during the draft in the spring.
