Cleveland Browns: Game-by-game predictions post-bye week
Week 9: at Broncos
Okay, so the Denver Broncos have won their last two games, curiously in the time since losing Bradley Chubb. Their defense has actually been better without the young edge rusher and Joe Flacco and the offense have performed better. However, that’s not something to buy into as it may have more to do with level of competition than anything. Even at Mile High, the Broncos will fall to the Browns, largely on the backs of Cleveland’s defense making life hard for Flacco and company.
Prediction: Win

Week 10: vs. Bills
This was perhaps the toughest game on the Cleveland Browns’ remaining schedule to predict. Through the first six weeks of the year, the Buffalo Bills have proven to be one of the elite defensive teams in the league. Yet, Josh Allen and the offense have remained limited at times.
When these two teams face off in Week 10, I foresee a defensive struggle transpiring. Because of the Browns’ roster as it relates to offensive playmakers — and a projected upward trend for the offense — though, Cleveland will grind out a big win at home.
Prediction: Win
Week 11: vs. Steelers
Mason Rudolph should be back at the helm of the Pittsburgh Steelers offense by Week 11. Even still, the recent outings for the Steelers don’t inspire much confidence from me. This team is still limited offensively, especially with James Conner‘s inconsistency. Even worse, the defense that has little depth is starting to get banged up. So as this team heads to Cleveland, the Browns should be able to get the win they need.
Prediction: Win
