20. Rosen gets benched for second week in a row

With the previously winless Washington Redskins coming to town last weekend, this seemed like the perfect opportunity for the Miami Dolphins to finally earn that first victory of 2019 before coming up short at the end of the game.

More from NFL Spin Zone

As bad as it sounds, the Dolphins continue to look like a team that could end up going the entire year without a single game, and even if they manage to win one or two games, what really matters the most is giving Josh Rosen as much experience as possible.

After the Arizona Cardinals made the decision to go with Kyler Murray, Rosen was sent packing to Miami during the offseason with the hope of proving to the team he was capable of being the long-term answer at quarterback.

Unfortunately, it’s difficult to determine just how talented of a quarterback Rosen is since the Dolphins haven’t exactly put him in the best position to succeed, and the fact that he was benched for Ryan Fitzpatrick last weekend shows how much of a mess Miami is.

Even though anything can happen when it comes to the NFL, a road meeting with the Buffalo Bills makes it seem like Miami is heading towards another loss in Week 7, and if Rosen struggles again, Fitzpatrick could see some action for a second week in a row.
