1. Falcons losing streak will extend to five straight

The final bold prediction is that the Falcons won’t be able to come out on top on Sunday. As a result of them ultimately falling to the Rams, the Falcons will drop to a brutal record of 1-6 overall, seeing their losing streak extend to five games in a row heading into next week’s game against the Seattle Seahawks.

With two games against the Rams and Seahawks over the course of the next few weeks, last week’s loss in Arizona was even more disappointing for Atlanta as it has managed to just win once up to this point in the 2019 campaign.

In the Week 7 matchup against Los Angeles, the game will likely come down to which defense on both teams will be able to stop the high-powered offense that counters it.

If we have seen anything out of Atlanta so far this year, it’s that it doesn’t have an issue with putting up points on the offensive end of the field, but the Falcons have struggled in trying to limit opposing offenses and that has been just one of the Achilles heels for them during this current losing streak.

Many would view Los Angeles’ defense as far more superior to that of Atlanta’s, and that could make things difficult for the Falcons offense throughout the course of the game at home at Mercedes Benz Stadium.

The Falcons defense could surprise us all and hold the Rams offense in check during the game, which would open the door for Atlanta to take advantage of the game with its offensive firepower.

But if we are making predictions for the game, which we obviously are right now, the Falcons will struggle against one of the more talent-filled squads in the NFC on the other end of the field in Week 7. That will result in Atlanta dropping to 1-6 moving into Week 8 against Seattle.
