Miami Dolphins vs. Buffalo Bills: 5 Bold predictions for Week 7
4. FitzMagic is reborn for one week in Buffalo
From a team-building perspective, I remain baffled at why Brian Flores and the Miami Dolphins ever put Josh Rosen on the field if they weren’t willing to stick to him as their starting quarterback. Regardless, Fitzpatrick re-enters the fold on Sunday and looks to make his mark against a Bills defense that, based on what we’ve seen this season, should suffocate the Dolphins offense.

Having said that, Fitzpatrick’s career — especially in the past few years — has been built on him showing up and having performances that he’s not expected to and even winning games that his team isn’t supposed to. While the latter is in question in Week 7 at Buffalo, FitzMagic will be reborn on Sunday as he’ll throw for at least four touchdowns and 325 yards against the vaunted Bills defense.
3. Tre’ White still gets his goods
No one has been particularly shy about crowning the Buffalo Bills defense this season for how good they’ve been to start the year. And a big part of that has been the fact that cornerback Tre’Davious White has emerged as one of the elite players at the position in the NFL. Through five games, he already has two interceptions, two passes defensed and 21 total tackles.
Though Fitzpatrick is going to pull a big game out of the hat, the wily veteran is rarely perfect and that will again be the case on Sunday. Fitzpatrick will try to pick on White one or two too many times and the LSU product will make him pay, notching multiple interceptions on the afternoon.
