2020 NFL Mock Draft: Cowboys score Grant Delpit, Burrow and Hurts hit top 10

Sheldon Richardson was with the Minnesota Vikings in 2018 and then joined the Cleveland Browns this offseason. While Minnesota has stayed strong on defense, they could use a player to replace Richardson in their front four. That leads to the selection of Auburn’s Derrick Brown.
Like Raekwon Davis, Brown could have gone pro last season and would have surely been a day one or two pick. Returning for his senior season only cemented him as one of the best at his position and ensures he hears his name called on the first night of the draft.
The second Alabama wideout gets selected as Henry Ruggs joins the Detroit Lions. Jerry Jeudy is the hot name, and with good reason, but Ruggs can be just as big of an addition to an NFL offense. What Ruggs can do better than most is get deep, averaging more than 21 yards per reception this season for the Crimson Tide.
The Lions already have a great outside receiving option in Kenny Golladay and added tight end T.J. Hockenson with their top pick this season. Adding someone who can take the top off the defense the way Ruggs can could be exactly what they need to take the next step.
