2. Yannick Ngakoue, EDGE, Jaguars

This is somewhat pie-in-the-sky if you’re the Oakland Raiders. There really doesn’t seem to be any sign that the Jaguars are going to trade Yannick Ngakoue ahead of the deadline. Having said that, he held out a bit for more money this offseason and didn’t get it, meaning that Jacksonville could part with him for the right offer. And he would be a tremendous asset in Oakland.

Ngakoue is one of the most underrated pass-rushers in the NFL right now, consistently forceful and effective off the edge. Though the Raiders have made moves to improve their defense in the draft and free agency, they still need more juice in their pass rush. As they also have two first-round picks in their possession, they could make a godfather offer for a game-changing defensive talent like Ngakoue.

1. Robby Anderson, WR, Jets

There are unquestionably talented pass-catchers in Oakland right now. When healthy, Tyrell Williams has been a touchdown machine while tight end Darren Waller has emerged as a breakout star at the position. With all due respect to Hunter Renfrow, though, the Raiders wide receiver corps remains a bit incomplete and a player like Robby Anderson could help that group.

Anderson has proven throughout his career that, though he’s been slightly inconsistent, he’s a bonafide deep threat. Though that isn’t a key element in the Raiders offense with Derek Carr at the helm, it is a dynamic that could help open things up further. If the price is a fourth-round pick or lower, the Raiders should be in on acquiring Anderson.
