4. Golladay records third multi-touchdown game of 2019

For the second time this season, Kenny Golladay found his way into the end zone twice during Sunday’s win over the New York Giants to show the Detroit Lions just how reliable of a receiver he can be for Matthew Stafford.

Three years ago, the Lions selected Golladay in the draft with the hope that he would one day develop into a reliable No. 1 wideout, and based off the last two seasons, it’s safe to say he’s already accomplished that goal.

Stafford has a history of making the players around him better on offense, and with Golladay only in the middle of his third season, the wideout is only going to continue getting better with experience.

As for Sunday’s contest, Detroit will have their hands full facing an Oakland Raiders anxious to earn a win for the first time in three games, and if the Lions are going to have any shot at winning on the road, Golladay will need another big game.

With two multi-touchdown games already under his belt, Detroit would love to see Galladay earn the hat trick in Week 9 to help the Lions keep up with the rest of the playoff teams in the NFC.
