S. Florida State. Hamsah Nasirildeen. 21. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. player. 123

The Dallas Cowboys wanted to make a splash this season when they made a big offer for New York Jets safety Jamal Adams. That fell through but it does show they finally understand how urgently they need someone in the back end of their secondary.

Expect them to consider trading up for someone like Grant Delpit, but in this mock, we don’t guess trades so they stand pat and grab Hamsah Nasirildeen from Florida State.

Nasirildeen has great height at 6-4 and has displayed great instincts at the position. Pairing him with Xavier Woods could finally give Dallas two players they can trust for several years at a position they’ve ignored for far too long.

Scouting Report. 22. player. Pick Analysis. WR. Miami Dolphins. CeeDee Lamb. 59

Back at it again, the Miami Dolphins get Tua a wide receiver to grow alongside with CeeDee Lamb. A playmaker at Oklahoma, Lamb is well on his way to a second season in a row with over 1,000 yards receiving. He’s also already tied his career-high with 11 touchdowns on the year.

Miami traded away the majority of their talent this season so they’re building from the ground up. It might be tough since they’ll have so many young players but they’re at least getting plenty of talent in this first round.
