4. Baker throws pick, still tops 300 yards, 2 TDs

The struggles of Baker Mayfield in his second season have been widely noted. Through seven games, he already has 12 interceptions and that’s only part of the problem. He’s made one head-scratching play after another and has really hamstrung the offense. While that may be true, Mayfield has looked better in his last two games, even if some bad turnovers have been sprinkled in.

I still believe in the talent of the Browns quarterback and believe that he may be on the cusp of turning the corner. The Broncos defense has not been the group they once were this season and Mayfield will feast. No, he won’t be perfect as he’ll throw his 13th interception this year but he will top 300 yards on the day and end up finding the end zone at least twice on the day.

3. Greedy gets pick-six off Allen

As mentioned, the Cleveland Browns defense gets a tasty matchup against an awful offensive line protecting a quarterback playing in his first NFL game. As bad as things have been for the Browns, their defense has largely been good this season. And perhaps more importantly, starting cornerbacks Denzel Ward and Greedy Williams returned to the lineup last week. In Denver, the latter makes an impact.

For his rookie season, Williams has been a bit up and down. Where’s he’s always thrived, though, is as a coverage corner that can make plays on the ball. Against an inexperienced quarterback that is almost surely going to see a ton of pressure in this game, that’s going to result in some bad throws and the rookie taking advantage. He’ll not only grab a pick but use his blazing speed to take it to the house.
