16. Oakland Raiders (18)

Just when you think they’re done, they pull you back in. The Oakland Raiders were making believers after winning back-to-back games against the Indianapolis Colts and Chicago Bears. That had them at 3-2 with two of their wins coming against playoff teams from a season ago.

Then, they dropped games to two other playoff teams from 2018 as they Green Bay Packers and Houston Texans knocked them down to 3-4. Then this week, they won again to get back to .500 on the season. It’s also a far cry from a year ago when they had just four wins all year.

This week, it was a close one as they won 31-24 against the Detroit Lions and while rookie Josh Jacobs dominated on the ground, fellow running back Jalen Richard is giving the credit to Derek Carr.

"“I saw it in his eyes today,” Richard said of Carr according to the Associated Press via ESPN. “It’s in his eyes all the time, but in times where you really, really need it, you just look at him and you just see that greatness coming and you’re like, `OK, he’s going to give us an opportunity so we got to make the plays’.”"

They face off with the Chargers, Bengals, and Jets over their next three games which gives them a great opportunity to stack some more wins on top of one another.
