Running Backs

Christian McCaffrey, CAR (at GB), $10,500 – Run CMC’s price is astronomical but deservedly so. The Panthers running back has been a near-lock for almost 200 total yards and a touchdown this season and is now up against a lacking run defense. Even with his price this high, he remains an intriguing option.

Alvin Kamara, NO (vs. ATL), $8,200 – Healthy and getting back into the fold, Kamara should have a field day in a matchup against the porous Falcons defense. If he’s utilized in the passing game a great deal, he should not only be valuable in the PPR DraftKings format but could break a big play or two as well.

Aaron Jones, GB (vs. CAR), $7,400 – The Panthers run defense has sneakily been rather shaky this season and Aaron Jones, though inconsistent, has shown tremendous highs in 2019. He’s a flier at all times but one that could pay off big.

More from NFL Spin Zone

Mark Ingram, BAL (at CIN), $7,100 – A heavily used running back playing for a team that’s likely going to be up big late? I’ll take a look at that every time and that’s where Mark Ingram sits in Week 10.

Nick Chubb, CLE (vs. BUF), $7,000 – Yes, the Browns are a dumpster fire. However, Nick Chubb has largely emerged unburned in most games this season. Given that Cleveland needs to run on Buffalo to have success, the second-year back could be in store for a big day.

Marlon Mack, IND (vs. MIA), $7,000 – With quarterback injuries slowing that down and T.Y. Hilton injured, expect a heavy dose of Marlon Mack against the Dolphins run defense, which has been burned more often than not this season.

Derrick Henry, TEN (vs. KC), $6,400 – Kansas City’s run defense has been an issue for them this season and the Titans, more often than not, like to run the ball. I have my doubts about the Titans coaching staff and play-calling but Henry has a ton of upside on Sunday.

David Johnson, ARI (at TB), $5,700 – I’m skeptical of David Johnson but, priced below $6,000, his talent is too intriguing for me not to at least mention him.

David Montgomery, CHI (vs. DET), $5,300 – It’s been difficult for the Lions to stop anyone in the opposing run game and that bodes well for Montgomery, who’s been playing well and getting more work as of late. This is another top-tier value play.

Devin Singletary, BUF (at CLE), $5,000 – The Browns have consistently been a bad run defense this season and I suspect that will continue. Meanwhile, Devin Singletary has been knocking on the door of a monster game and this could be the week he finds it.

Ronald Jones II, TB (vs. ARI), $4,300 – RoJo got a vote of confidence from Bruce Arians as the starting running back and Tampa and he’s played well. At this price, it’s going to be hard to not snatch him up in Week 10.

Kalen Ballage, MIA (at IND), $3,800 – With Kenyan Drake in Arizona and Mark Walton suspended, it’s Kalen Ballage and question marks in the Miami backfield now. If nothing else, he’s worth considering for that reason.
