6. New Orleans Saints (3)

The New Orleans Saints are the perfect example of how anything can happen in the NFL, as one can only imagine how much frustration the team is feeling after suffering an embarrassing loss at home to the Atlanta Falcons in Week 10.

Over the years, this has been one of the best rivalries to watch in the NFL, but with the Falcons only winning once prior to Sunday’s game, this seemed like it should have been an easy victory for the Saints to help continue making a strong case about being a top team in the NFC.

This could still turn out to be the case for New Orleans since it was only one game, but a loss like this to Atlanta could come back to haunt the team down the road when it comes to the NFC playoff standings.

With the San Francisco 49ers currently sitting on top of the conference at the moment, there are plenty of teams that would love to give New Orleans a run for the money over the No. 2 seed in the NFC.

After failing to find the end zone even once on Sunday, the Saints better be prepared for next weekend’s meeting with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, or it’s going to be a rough rest of the month.
