3. Dalvin Cook

Through 10 weeks of action this year, Dalvin Cook has arguably been one of the best running backs in the entire league, continuing to lead the Vikings offense both in the running attack and in the passing game.

More from NFL Spin Zone

In the win over the Cowboys in Week 10 last Sunday night, Cook finished the game with a team-best 97 yards rushing with one touchdown and 26 carries on the ground to pace the Vikings running attack. Through the air, Cook led all Minnesota receivers with 86 yards receiving on seven catches and seven overall targets.

Entering Week 11 this weekend, Cook has tallied 991 yards rushing and 10 touchdowns on the ground for the Vikings, averaging 4.9 yards per carry on 203 rushing attempts. In the passing game, Cook has tallied 40 receptions with 424 yards receiving through the air.

The running back currently ranks first in the NFL in rushing yards, first in rushing attempts, third in touchdowns and is third in rushing yards per game (99.1) among other running backs in the NFL.

Against the Broncos in Week 11, Cook will have to once again be a large part of the Vikings offensive scheme, especially if wide receiver Adam Thielen once again misses the contest while still trying to battle back from a hamstring injury he suffered a few weeks ago.

If Cook once again has a standout performance for Minnesota, that means the Vikings will likely be rolling early and often during the game at US Bank Stadium and will ultimately come away with their fifth victory in the last six contests going into their bye week in Week 12.
