Joe Burrow

Joe Burrow has put together one of the greatest quarterback seasons in memory. He just feels like a winner, doesn’t he? Even against the mighty Alabama Crimson Tide, it felt like Burrow would not allow his LSU Tigers to be defeated.

So, what is more natural than for Burrow to go from the Tigers to the Bengals? It looks as though the Cincinnati Bengals have embraced the tank for this season, though I’m not sure if benching Andy Dalton helps or hurts their chances of securing the top pick in the draft?

In either case, the Bengals are poised to change their culture, and it starts with drafting Burrow.

Predicted Landing Spot: Cincinnati Bengals

Tua Tagovailoa

If the 2020 NFL Draft were to happen today, Mr. Tuanigamanuolepola Tagovailoa would wind up wearing the uniform of the Washington Redskins. Because, as of Week 11, the Redskins hold the No. 2 pick and that is exactly where this guy will be selected.

This draft will be one of the rare times that holding the No. 2 pick is more valuable than the No. 1.  Everyone assumes that the No. 1 pick will be Joe Burrow to the currently winless Bengals, which will likely create a bidding war for the rights of the No. 2 pick. The Redskins could possibly see themselves as the beneficiary of this bidding war if they continue to lose, landing themselves a trade package similar to what they once gave up to draft Robert Griffin III.

My guess, along with everyone else, is that the Miami Dolphins, with their treasure chest of draft picks, will wind up with the young lefty. I know Ohio State’s Chase Young is amazing, but Tagovailoa will absolutely be the second player chosen.
