Stud: Stefon Diggs

Stefon Diggs was the brightest spot within the Minnesota offense that struggled to get going for a majority of the game, but Diggs helped pace the team in putting together a second-half comeback at US Bank Stadium.

More from NFL Spin Zone

In the game, Diggs led the Vikings offense with a team-best 121 yards receiving on five catches and five targets, finishing with one touchdown reception in the contest.

With Adam Thielen still trying to battle back from a hamstring injury, it’s important that Diggs is able to continue to step up and perform well for Minnesota in the passing attack.

Dud: Disastrous start for Vikings

From the opening kickoff at US Bank Stadium, Denver controlled the game and blew things open early on in the first half of action. The Broncos opened the game by scoring 20 unanswered points that took the Vikings fans out of the game and put Minnesota in a hole before it knew it.

Minnesota was ultimately able to complete the comeback at the end of the game to grab the victory, but the Vikings can’t afford to start slow like that moving forward for the remainder of the 2019 campaign.
