32. Cincinnati Bengals (32)

There was good news and bad news for the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday. The good bad news was that they lost their 10th-straight game of the season which makes them 0-10. It’s pretty much the worst start for a head coach as rookie shot-caller as Zac Taylor has gotten nothing going yet.

As for the good news, they have a little better idea of what they’re going to do with that No. 1 overall pick. Ryan Finley’s debut was anything but impressive, as he was 13-of-31 for 115 yards and a pick. It’s too early to say he can’t be an NFL quarterback but this week showed he has a lot of work to do in order to be a starter.

They also know that Tua Tagovailoa is likely no longer the guy to take at No. 1 — assuming they do still land that pick. The Alabama quarterback suffered another injury this weekend, and it looks to be a serious hip issue. That should turn their attention to Joe Burrow out of LSU, who was already climbing boards before the injury to Tua.

Taylor still needs to do something to prove he should be the guy who coaches their next franchise quarterback. He worked under Sean McVay but had little else going for him and their record this season has done nothing to help him.
