Uniform of the Week: Los Angeles Rams

It will always be the Rams’ throwbacks, I’m sorry. Yes, even over the Chargers’ beautiful powder blues. How great would it be to see them face off? Anyways, another awesome thing caught my eye this weekend: Pockets.

Hands of the Week: Deebo Samuel

There’s so much going on in this unreal, juggling catch by Samuel. He’s being sandwiched by two defenders and still manages to reel in the bouncing ball. As if that wasn’t challenging enough, Samuel got both feet down and drew a pass interference call. This could be one of the season’s best catches.

Homer Simpson “Doh!” Award: O.J Howard

Can someone tell Howard that he’s not Kyrie Irving? Howard unsuccessfully tried to control the ball behind his back and it turned into another interception on Jameis Winston’s stat line. No wonder Howard was benched after this play.

Celebration of the Week: Quenton Nelson

I don’t care that Nelson’s touchdown was overturned, this is the best celebration of the season, and not just because Nelson is an offensive lineman. Nelson had some competition with Ezekiel Elliot’s Dak Prescott impersonation, but ultimately Nelson wins for creativity and finesse.

Articles of the Week

It’s never easy being a kicker in the NFL. Ethan Blumenthal says it’s more than hard; it’s lame.

I mentioned the Panthers as a team who could need a new quarterback this offseason, and Cody Williams goes one step farther by saying Carolina needs to turn to the NFL Draft for their next signal-caller.
