With the Atlanta Falcons returning home while riding a two-game winning streak in Week 12, here are three bold predictions prior to the game on Sunday.

The Atlanta Falcons will kick off Week 12 of the 2019 NFL regular season riding their first winning streak of the year. The Falcons come into the new week this weekend with a two-game winning streak, the longest winning span that Atlanta has been able to record up to this point in the season.

In Week 10, the Falcons began its recent winning ways with an impressive victory over the New Orleans Saints on the road in New Orleans. The following week, in Week 11 last Sunday afternoon, Atlanta continued that trend while securing yet another divisional road win against the Carolina Panthers in Carolina.

With a two-game winning streak on the line, the Falcons will return back home to Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta in Week 12 of the regular season this Sunday to take on their third straight NFC South opponent when the Tampa Bay Buccaneers come to town.

Entering the contest, Atlanta holds a record of 3-7 on the year while containing a 1-3 record in front of its home crowd in Atlanta. The Falcons took down the Panthers in Week 11 last Sunday afternoon, coming away with a 29-3 road victory.

While having their eyes on pushing their winning streak to three in a row this weekend, Atlanta sits tied with the Buccaneers (3-7 overall) for third place in the NFC South standings. Atlanta and Tampa Bay remain behind both Carolina (5-5) and New Orleans (8-2) atop the division.

On the other side of the field, the Falcons will take on a Buccaneers squad that is coming off of a 34-17 loss to the Saints a week ago at home in Tampa Bay. Going into Week 12, Tampa Bay has lost nine of its last 10 games, with the lone win during that stretch coming against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 11.

Before the Falcons host the Buccaneers on Sunday afternoon in Atlanta, let’s go ahead and make three bold predictions heading into the game for the Falcons.
