2. Matt Nagy

Just when it seemed like the situation with the Chicago Bears couldn’t get any more frustrating for Matt Nagy, the head coach is dealing with all of this drama surrounding Mitch Trubisky from last weekend in the loss to the Los Angeles Rams.

Whether Trubisky is actually dealing with an injury or not, this doesn’t take away from the disappointment surrounding the Bears in 2019, one year after emerging as a serious threat in the NFC by winning the division title.

Around this time last year, Nagy was receiving all sorts of high praise for the quick turnaround in Chicago, but this is the perfect example of how quickly things can turn around in a span of one season.

With the defense continuing to make a case for being one of the top units in the league, Trubisky was supposed to build off from last season’s success to help keep the Bears a top contender in the NFC.

Plenty of factors will come into blame for the Bears most likely watching the playoffs from home in January, but chances are Nagy is going to receive a majority of the blame, and rightfully so since the team’s quarterback situation appears to be an absolute mess.
