16. Cleveland Browns (19)

Maybe if Baker Mayfield was playing this well earlier in the season, the Cleveland Browns would be in much better shape in the AFC playoff picture.

When taking into consideration that Mayfield already had some pretty reliable weapons to work with on offense in Nick Chubb and Jarvis Landry, the Browns acquiring Odell Beckham Jr. in the offseason was supposed to take this offense to new levels.

After struggling for the most part over the first two months of 2019, Cleveland is coming off yet another strong outing on Sunday, even if it was against a struggling team in the Miami Dolphins.

Not only did Beckham manage to find the end zone on six catches for 84 yards, but Landry had himself a monster game as well after hauling in 10 catches for 148 yards to go along with two scores.

By winning for the third game in a row, does Cleveland actually have what it takes to make a late surprise run in the AFC to eventually punch their ticket to the playoffs?

This may sound crazy to even discuss when seeing where this team was one month ago, but also with the favorable schedule that consists of two games against the winless Cincinnati Bengals, it’s certainly possible.
