32. Cincinnati Bengals (32)

For the second week in a row, the Cincinnati Bengals were in great position to finally earn that first win of 2019, only to come up short.

More from NFL Spin Zone

This time, the Bengals came up short against a familiar face in the Pittsburgh Steelers, and once again it appears that Cincinnati is going to finish the season without a single win since the constant chances to secure a victory keep slipping away.

The Bengals knew 2019 had the potential to be a year of rebuilding while adjusting to Zac Taylor as their new head coach, but no one expected things to be this bad in Cincinnati.

If the Bengals can’t even figure out a way to defeat a team in the Steelers using their third-string quarterback in Devlin Hodges after Mason Rudolph was benched, how are they supposed to feel confident in winning of their final five games?

As bad as it sounds, the remaining schedule makes it seem like 0-16 is more realistic for Cincinnati, meaning the Bengals earning the No. 1 pick for April’s draft is almost a lock as well.

Looking at their current situation with Ryan Finley filling in for Andy Dalton over the last few games, at least the Bengals can use the high draft pick on a potential new quarterback of the future.
