New England is tied with the San Francisco 49ers (10-1 overall), who blew out the Green Bay Packers on Monday Night Football in Week 12, for the best overall record in the league.

The Patriots enter the Week 13 slate of games around the league while still sitting atop the AFC East standings ahead of the Buffalo Bills (8-3), New York Jets (4-7) and Miami Dolphins (2-9). They are also currently in the top spot in the AFC standings, ahead of the Baltimore Ravens (9-2), Bills, Texans (7-4) and Kansas City Chiefs (7-4).

New England heads into Houston to face the Texans on Sunday Night Football with a road record of 5-1 on the year, with the lone loss coming on the road in Baltimore in Week 9. It is tied for the best road record in the AFC along with the Ravens and Chiefs.

On the other hand, Houston has been dominant at home this season, holding a record of 4-1 overall in front of its home fans at NRG Stadium. That mark is tied for the third-best home record in the league, trailing only the Oakland Raiders (5-1) and Patriots (5-0).
