1. Jason Garrett

The good news for the Dallas Cowboys at the moment is with a one-game lead over the Philadelphia Eagles in the division, Jason Garrett’s team basically controls their own destiny within the NFC East.

But with the Cowboys having a more difficult schedule than their division rivals, one can only imagine the kind of changes that could be taking place in the offseason in regards to Garrett since the head coach has been give every opportunity in the world over the years.

Clearly, bad coaching has been one of the main reasons behind Dallas only having six wins to their name entering Week 13, and when looking at how these wins mostly came against non-competitive teams, it makes things even more concerning for the Cowboys.

Garrett has rightfully taken plenty of heat this season for some of his questionable play-calling, and even if the Cowboys were to eventually secure a spot in the playoffs, if they don’t make a deep run, it could still cost the head coach his job.

Playing on a shorter week is never easy for any team, but for the sake of saving his job, Garrett better hope for Dallas to come through on Thanksgiving Day against the Buffalo Bills, or the pressure will hit new levels in Week 14.
