15. Foles finally earns first win with Jaguars

Even though the situation with Nick Foles is nowhere near what Jeff Driskel is dealing with while filling in for Matthew Stafford, the Jacksonville Jaguars would love to see the former Super Bowl MVP finally earn his first win with the team.

One can only imagine how different the results from this season would have been if Foles didn’t suffer an injury all the way back in Week 1, but at least the Jaguars is in position to end his first season with the team on a positive note.

At 4-7, Jacksonville is only a few more losses away from officially being eliminated from the playoffs. And while Jaguars fans have every reason to be disappointed with the way this year turned out, at least there’s plenty of reasons for hope in 2020.

Knowing Foles, what took place this season will motivate the quarterback to come back even stronger next year while helping Jacksonville return to the necessary level to be a legitimate playoff threat in the AFC once again.

But first, all of the main focus for the Jaguars at the moment will be on Sunday’s meeting with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, a defense Foles could have a field day against.

As long as the defense comes through on their end, and Foles plays well enough on offense, that first win could finally take place.
