5. Offensive line must stay consistent

The Vikings have, frankly, been struggling to build a solid offensive line for years. Whether it’s been draft picks or free-agency signings, the Vikings haven’t been quite able to figure it out just yet.

They’re also quite injury-prone. With Brett Jones on IR and Josh Kline in concussion protocol, the Vikings are pretty thin on the O-line — not to mention some lackluster play recently from Pat Elflein and Riley Reiff.

Unfortunately, every member of the offensive line will need to be on top of their game in Week 13 as they suit up to play one of the nastiest defensive fronts in the NFC. Truly, the Seattle front seven is a nightmare with Jadeveon Clowney, Ziggy Ansah, Bobby Wagner and K.J. Wright leading the charge.

Minnesota’s going to have their hands full heading into Seattle, which means every player will have to step up and play their best, most consistent football.

The silver lining for the boys in purple is that there’s a pretty good chance Kline will be cleared to play on Monday Night Football. Garrett Bradbury has also been playing well and Brian O’Neill has looked pretty solid at the right tackle spot. It is imperative for these guys to compete at a high level so Minnesota can do what it does best: run the football.
