Julian Edelman has continued to be a staple within the Patriots offensive attack while providing quarterback Tom Brady with an incredibly reliable target on the outside and in the middle of the field for yet another season.

A week ago in the victory at home in Week 12 against the Dallas Cowboys, Edelman was once again that key target for New England at home in Foxborough.

Edelman paced the way for Patriots wide receivers in the win, finishing with a team-best 93 yards receiving through the air on eight total receptions. The veteran wide receiver ended up averaging 11.6 yards per catch in the matchup against the Cowboys.

In order for New England to be able to grab its 11th win of the 2019 campaign this Sunday in Houston, Edelman will need to continue to play a large role within the offense and continue to provide Brady with that reliable target all over the field.

If the Patriots are able to get Edelman involved early on and often against the Texans in Week 13, they will see their winning streak move to three straight games going into the 14th week of games in the league next week.
