10 Teams that should trade for Nick Foles in 2020 if Jaguars stick with Gardner Minshew

6. Broncos
Ever since Peyton Manning decided to call it a career, the Denver Broncos have found it difficult to find a new offense to build the franchise around, and unfortunately 2019 has been no different.
Not even Drew Lock recently winning his first career game as the starter in Week 13 should make the Broncos feel confident about the rookie’s future since he still has a long way to go when it comes to proving himself worthy of the gig.
Too many times before, Denver has seen similar situations to Lock when a new quarterback takes over, and the offense seems to all of a sudden have new potential, only to see the player eventually become a disappointment.
This obviously shouldn’t be a knock on Lock since the rookie deserves a ton of credit for coming out firing in Week 13 to help defeat the Los Angeles Chargers, but also if it came down to deciding between the two, there’s no question Foles would be the much better option.
For years, Denver’s defense has experienced plenty of frustration with doing their part, only to watch the offense fail to come through in key games when needed the most.
If the Broncos were willing to give Joe Flacco a shot in 2019, it’s safe to assume they would do the same for Foles if the Jaguars were willing to move on from the quarterback.
