23. Atlanta Falcons (27)

Even though the 2019 season has been a complete disappointment for the most part when it comes to the Atlanta Falcons, at least the team should feel good about defeating the Carolina Panthers for the second time on Sunday.

Once the Falcons pulled off that thrilling Week 2 win over the Philadelphia Eagles, Atlanta appeared to be on their way to becoming a top contender in the NFC before going on to lose their next six games.

This season has been far from what the Falcons expected, and once the offseason officially gets underway, it will be interesting to see what the team ends up deciding to do about Dan Quinn’s job as head coach.

For weeks, Quinn has seen his name on the hot seat plenty of times, and it’s tough not to wonder if performances like Sunday in which the Falcons put up 40 points to help defeat the Panthers will convince Atlanta to give him another chance in 2020.

Playoffs have been out of question for quite some time, but if the Falcons continue to play like they did on Sunday, maybe Quinn’s job will end up being safe at the end of the month, or if the team will decide to replace him with someone else.
